Upon arrival, the room had not been vacuumed. I even found a fingernail. The heater blasted at 26 degrees, wasting energy, while the shower’s low height posed a risk of knocking your head. Slippery tiles in the shower are a design flaw, not made for wet use. The automatic lobby door barely opened, making it a hassle rather than a help.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary, and the room was perfect with a lovely terrace. They surprised us with welcome drinks and gifts, which made it so special. The breakfast was awesome with a ton of options, and the staff let us check out late, which was super helpful! ❤️

Unfortunately, issues with room access due to key card problems and a housekeeping oversight left me frustrated. Additionally, the number of functional outlets was lacking, making charging devices inconvenient.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The location was fantastic, just steps away from the old town, making our adventures easy. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was a delight with a range of delicious options that catered to everyone. Special touches like house slippers for our toddler made us feel extra welcome. The staff offered impeccable service, too, which added to our warm experience. Definitely recommend staying here!

It was just a strong match for a short layover in Klaipeda with reasonable value. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection that made my mornings enjoyable. Be sure to check for lift availability when arriving.

I had a great time here! My room was spacious and included a cozy coffee table and armchairs. Breakfast offered delicious strata-style eggs and some fantastic coffee. The only downside was the lack of scrambled eggs, which I wished for. I'd definitely stay again!
